Class Styles.

Week to week, and moment to moment, our needs differ.

When we tune in to the feedback our bodies provide us, we can determine how best to support ourselves.

As you learn about our class offerings below, notice what calls out to you.

What is your body asking for today?

  • Vinyasa Flow classes invite a continuous flow of movement from one asana (yoga posture) to the next, all connected to the breath.

These classes often involve a range of movements including Sun Salutations, back extensions, standing balances and twists.

This is great class to build strength, stability and to deepen your yoga practice.

  • Power Vinyasa will challenge your strength and encourage you to tap into your inner fire.

This is a dynamic and strong vinyasa flow, designed to build heat, increase flexibility and create strength within the body and the mind.

  • Slow Flow classes contain fewer postures than a typical vinyasa class, allowing for more time to explore each shape, each sensation, and each moment.

This class is an invitation to move more slowly and mindfully, and is a great place to begin your yoga journey or slow it down when you need to reground and restore.

  • A weekly class for anyone living with health conditions who are interested in using yoga and mindfulness in managing their wellbeing. This is an invitation to move gently and mindfully, connect to body, connect to breath and connect to others.

    A Message From Your Teacher
Hi, my name is Tam. Around 15 years ago I was diagnosed with

Huntington's Disease, which is a degenerative neurological condition that takes many years to progress and, unfortunately, is incurable. I believe that yoga has helped me to manage many of the symptoms of HD, such as uncontrolled body movements and cognitive dysfunction.

This class is a warm, heartfelt invitation to come and move with me, and have a laugh when I forget some words or parts of the sequence! We will move mindfully in this slower-paced vinyasa class designed to build strength, awareness and a sense of calm while allowing ample space to rest and restore.

  • Yin is a slow and meditative practice that focuses on long held postures, designed to target the body’s connective tissue and stimulate energy flow. Expect to use props, hold poses, and release tension in the body.

Drawing from Traditional Chinese Medicine, the benefits of Yin Yoga are vast, varied, and unique to the individual.

This class serves as a wonderful complement to cardio or strength training, aiding in restoration and recovery.

  • Our Yin & Sound class is the ultimate evening reset.

Students will first be guided through a restorative Yin practice, and class will finish with meditative Sound Healing - an ancient energy healing modality that uses vibration and frequencies to allow the body to move into a state of harmony, enhancing mental states and clearing energy within.

This class offers a complete reset for the nervous system, aiming to reduce stress, improve sleep and leave you feeling balanced, calm and grounded.

  • A class that invites the benefits of both Yin and Yang energy into your practice. Starting with a dynamic Vinyasa style flow, creating heat in the body through active movement, followed by longer Yin holds, allowing you the space to slow down and tune in. The perfect balance.

  • Strengthen and challenge your body through a targeted series of controlled movement exercises, designed to elevate your fitness and improve coordination, tone, strength and balance.

  • Our prenatal yoga classes are specially designed to cater for you during your time of pregnancy. Our teachers will create a nurturing and calming space for you to move your body in a safe way, strengthening the body and mind, whilst allowing you the time to fully switch off and relax in our beautiful studio space. Expect a gentle flow class with some time at the end for some more restful shapes to really support your nervous system and allow time for you to deeply relax.

*Please ensure you have discussed the suitability of yoga for you and your pregnancy with your health care provider first. We recommend you arrive 5 - 10 minutes early for class to discuss with the teacher and settle into the space.
